BEFORE THE SESSION
Your session starts well before you ever step in front of the camera. After booking, you’ll receive prep guidance to help you feel confident and fully ready going into your shoot. This includes everything from outfit ideas and styling tips to what to bring and how to prepare beforehand.
We’ll also talk through the overall feel you want your session to have. Whether you’re drawn to something soft and intimate, bold and confident, playful and carefree, or a mix of all of it, the experience is built around creating images that actually feel like you. The goal is for you to walk into your session feeling comfortable, excited, and genuinely taken care of.

DURING THE SESSION
You don’t need modeling experience or any idea what to do in front of the camera before your session. I’ll guide you through everything the entire time with posing, movement, facial expressions, hand placement, and all the small adjustments that make a huge difference in your final images.
The experience is designed to feel relaxed, intentional, and fully supportive from start to finish. We’ll move through each look naturally while creating a variety of images without ever making the session feel rushed or overwhelming. My goal is to help you feel genuinely confident and create photographs that feel flattering, elevated, and still completely like you.

IMAGE SELECTION AND EDITING
After your session, you’ll receive a private online proofing gallery where you can view your images and select your favorites. This allows you to choose the photographs that feel most meaningful, beautiful, and true to how you want to remember the experience.
Each selected image is professionally retouched with a polished, natural approach. My retouching style is flattering and refined while still preserving your real features, expression, and personality. The final result is elevated, beautiful, and unmistakably you.

ALBUMS AND ADD-ONS
Everything is designed to feel elevated, intentional, and personal to you. If you choose an album, I’ll carefully design it for you using the images you love most, creating a finished piece that feels cohesive, timeless, and beautifully curated from beginning to end.
You’ll also have the option to purchase additional digital images, album spreads, prints, or artwork after seeing your final gallery. Many clients decide to upgrade once they experience the full session and see their images together, so there’s no pressure to decide everything beforehand. The goal is to give you the flexibility to choose exactly what feels right for you while creating keepsakes you’ll genuinely want to revisit for years to come.

i'm awkward in front of a camera
You definitely aren’t alone in feeling that way. Almost every client says this before their session, and part of my job is guiding you through everything so you never feel stiff or unsure of what to do. I’ll direct you the entire time in a way that feels natural, comfortable, and genuinely fun.
What if i'm insecure about my weight?
You do not need to change your body before booking a boudoir session. I photograph women of all body types, and every part of the experience is designed to help you feel comfortable, confident, and beautifully photographed exactly as you are right now.
I'm worried I won't like the photos
That fear is way more common than you probably think. My job is not just taking photos...it’s guiding you, and creating an environment where you actually feel confident in front of the camera. Most clients end up surprised by how much they love their images once they see themselves through a different perspective.
can i bring a friend?
Yes, you’re absolutely welcome to bring a friend if it makes you feel more comfortable. That said, I usually recommend coming solo when possible so the experience stays relaxed, focused, and fully centered around you without extra distractions during the session.
how far in advance should i book?
I usually recommend booking at least a month in advance when possible, especially if your session is tied to a wedding, anniversary, birthday, or gift timeline. This gives plenty of time for planning, outfit ordering, and making sure everything feels relaxed instead of rushed. That said, if you’re ready now you should definitely still reach out, I'm ready when you are!
where is the studio located?
My main studio is located in the Wesley Heights area of Charlotte, NC. I also have access to additional studio options throughout both the Charlotte and Winston-Salem areas depending on the overall vibe and aesthetic you’re wanting for your session. Some outside studio locations may require an additional rental fee depending on the space selected.
Is hair and makeup included?
Hair and makeup is available as an add-on service through talented local hair and makeup artists I work with regularly. It’s completely optional, but many clients love adding it to their experience so they can show up feeling relaxed, polished, and fully taken care of before we start shooting.
What should i wear?
I always recommend bringing lots of options: the more variety, the better. This can include lingerie, button-downs, bodysuits, matching sets, or anything that makes you feel confident. After booking, you’ll receive a prep guide with outfit inspiration and recommendations to help you prepare.

How do i book?
Simply fill out the inquiry form on my website and I’ll reach out with availability, pricing details, and everything you need to know about the experience. From there, we’ll choose a date, talk through the vision for your session, and go over any questions you have beforehand. A signed contract and retainer officially reserve your session on my calendar.
do you offer payment plans?
I offer flexible payment options to help make the experience feel more accessible. Clients can choose between split payment options, 4-6 payment plans, or longer layaway-style plans depending on what works best for their budget and timeline. My goal is to make the process feel stress-free while still giving you the opportunity to invest in an experience you’re excited about.

do you offer a paid-in-full discount?
I do offer a paid-in-full discount for clients who choose to pay their balance upfront rather than using a payment plan. Details on current savings and payment options are always included when booking.
Is there a marketing discount?
I do offer marketing discounts for clients who are comfortable allowing select images to be used for portfolio, website, or social media content. There is one discount option for images that do not show your face, and an additional discount available for clients who are comfortable allowing images with their face visible to be shared.

how many images do i receive?
The number of images you receive depends on the collection you choose. I offer several options ranging from smaller image collections to full gallery coverage, so you can choose what feels like the best fit for you after viewing your final gallery.
Do i get to choose my images?
What's the turnaround time?
Final galleries are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks after your session. If you need your images sooner for a wedding, anniversary, gift, or special occasion, I also offer expedited editing for an additional rush fee depending on the timeline needed.
do you offer albums?
Yes, I offer luxury linen albums designed to turn your images into something tangible and lasting. Albums are custom-designed using your favorite images from your session and are one of the most popular ways clients choose to preserve their photos.
privacy & Retouching
will my images be shared?
Your privacy is always respected. I never share any images without your permission, and you’ll always have full control over what can or cannot be posted online. Many clients choose to keep their images completely private, while others choose to participate in my marketing discount options by allowing select images to be shared either with or without their face visible.
are the galleries private?
Yes, all galleries are private and password-protected. Only the people you choose to share your gallery with will have access to view your images.
do you retouch my images?
Yes, all final images include professional retouching while still keeping you looking natural and like yourself. My editing style focuses on refining distractions like temporary blemishes, bruises, or small details without overly altering your body or features.
can you remove tan lines or major marks?
Basic retouching is included with all final images, including small blemishes, bruises, and minor distractions. More extensive edits like heavy tan line removal, large marks, or detailed body retouching may require additional editing through my professional retoucher for an added per-image fee depending on the complexity of the request.
